Welcome to “Interstellar” at Canyon Lodge -- the combination of 2 exquisite townhomes-- Black Ice and Apogee, Mountainside 6 & 7, that together offer expansive space for large groups with the promise of the first chair just steps away at Canyon Lodge. Located in the chic new community, Mountainside Mammoth, Interstellar offers a prime location, private amenities, generous accommodations for large groups, cozy interiors, and attentive guest management.

Nestled at the base of Lincoln Mountain, "Interstellar" is our newest remarkable vacation home that offers easy access to the Lodge and its base chairs - Canyon Express, Schoolyard, and Chair 8. Its prime location makes it an ideal choice for large groups of families or friends (up to 20!) wanting to make the most of their Mammoth holiday. Park in one of two private garages with no worries about street parking, driving kids to ski school, or navigating rough winter conditions. Send the teens to town on the free town Trolley, which stops just outside Canyon Lodge. For daytime dining, shopping, or even a massage, hop on the gondola to the Village, also at Canyon and just steps away.

Rest easy at the end of the day with serene mountain views from one of two private balconies, where you can grill burgers with friends or soak in one of two private hot tubs. Cozy up inside by the fireplaces, playing games or gathering around the kitchen islands with drinks and friends.

"Interstellar" at Canyon Lodge brings you the best of Mammoth, allowing you all the space you need for quiet moments to decompress, and multiple gathering spaces to come together. ● The spa maintenance company will service the tub 2x per week. To access the tub the maintenance person must walk through the townhome.
● 4X4 vehicles and or chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions.

Awesome ski trip
Very well received buy the entire group location is the best. Ski locker was an unexpected surprise very nice. Had a brief issue with one of the hot tubs was taken care of within minutes of me texted - Excellent customer service and communication from everyone associated with the property.

Mammoth trip
Comfortable and well equipped. Great communication with the managers. Easy in and out. Bathrooms were large with instant hot water. Use of garage was nice for all of the equipment and a vehicle, pus parking in front.

We had five families all with children, wanting to stay together to celebrate a birthday and enjoy all of the recent snow. The property was the nicest we have ever stayed in at Mammoth, and so incredibly convenient with its location right next to Canyon Lodge. Mary Beth was extremely communicative before and during our stay. We were there during the biggest blizzard of the year and she even managed to get crews out to help address little needs that we had throughout the weekend.

Awesome cabin!
First, I cannot say enough about how fantastic the property management team are. They are so well organized, making the check in and out processes very easy. Once we arrived, they went out of their way to resolve any issues and make sure we had a fabulous stay. Now for the cabin itself, it is beautiful, extremely well-stocked with kitchenware, games, bbq. Everything was very clean and welcoming when we arrived There are several places to have a meal or a snack. The furniture is clean and on the newer side, but still very cozy to just hang out. The area is very nice, backs up to a ski lift. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would return to this property.
