Property amenities include: Two Pools, a Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking, and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull-out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Per HOA, Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a
parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout
dates are listed below:
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
