This beloved cottage seamlessly blends vintage character with modern comforts. The main level features a cozy yet functional kitchen, an inviting living and dining area, and a charming bedroom with a twin bed. Multiple sets of French doors and windows allow the fresh ocean breeze to sweep through the home, just like in the old days. The expansive shaded porch is the heart of the cottage—perfect for unwinding in a rocking chair while enjoying the coastal air. Though the cottage’s cross breeze keeps it wonderfully comfortable, modern amenities like central heat and air, as well as ceiling fans throughout, ensure year-round comfort. However, the home is winterized and unavailable for rent from December through April.
