Not what we were expecting…could be nice but not
Cleanliness: floors were so dirty our feet were black, don’t look under furniture old food past guests objects. Beds do not have any mattress protectors, we found this out when we were required to strip every bed before leaving. Mattresses are very uncomfortable some seem to be deflated air mattresses on some sort of tubes Things do not work: tvs had terrible connection to internet and intermittently worked, the TVs on upstairs balcony did not work with any remotes nor did we have the ability to turn on ANY lights on the balcony where the ONLY working hot tub was! The hot tub that is advertised by the pool does NOT work even paying the additional $400 for the heating of pool and hot tub. Lastly light switches are terrible and so old. This place has a lot of potential and property manages was very responsive. Disappointed and this did not have any reviews and we took a chance. Great location and neighborhood but we will not return.
