Quiet, gated historical building, fully equipped with everything you need. Great for students, couples, long stay tourism, artistic adventures...live like a local! Please note that no wifi or cable services are offered. Bring your hotspot! Rental Rate has been adjusted to reflect this.

SUPERBOWL 2025 is in New Orleans!!! Reservation will be for the price of a 90 day rental, regardless of stay. We are happy to accommodate you!

Quaint apartment near the Heart of the French Quarter

We loved the brick corridor, spiral staircase, balcony walk transition from the City to our quaint Enchantment apartment. A short walk to Canal Street streetcar stop gave us access to all the French Quarter and nearby neighborhoods had to offer. Our 6-day stay was a fantastic introduction to the huge cuisine tradition, history, music and genuine hospitality of New Orleans. Our host Gabriel was always quick to respond and taxi driver, Harry accommodated our very early departure with good cheer.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Our stay in Enchantment was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect! Close to the action but on a quiet street. The charm of the century-old building was just what we wanted for an authentic French Quarter experience. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot! Our hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect!

This French Quarter location is perfect! We were here for Mardi Gras and very much enjoyed how easy it was to come and go from the condo. The space is small but cozy and totally doable for two people. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. Everything about our trip was great. We’d easily stay here again.

Everything was absolutely perfect--the space was clean and nicely decorated, the bed & pillows comfy, the location perfect, and Gabriel was only a text away. Had a great time in the Quarter & can't wait to return again, staying at Enchantment of course! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay, the bed was clean & comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials; the bathroom had plenty of towels & supplies; we liked the ease of this properties location, we were close to most of the happenings in the French Quarter and the neighborhood was quiet and private. We would stay here again!

Gabriel made our trip easy to enjoy!

This trip is exactly what my husband and I needed. Gabriel was so helpful with the arrival process and leaving process. He let us know ways to get to and from the airport. He suggested places to visit and eat while we were here. The location is as perfect! Walking distance from everything but tucked away from the noise at night. Loved our stay here! Thank you for an amazing time!

Anniversary Trip

This was the perfect place for our Anniversary get away. Gabriel is the best. She thought of every detail from Parking locations nearby as well as where to hang out. You can walk anywhere you want to go because of the central location of this condo. We will definitely stay here again.

Live like a local

As a one-time resident of the French Quarter myself, I believe renting this condo is a close as you can get to experiencing life as a Quarter local without spending significantly more. The property is in a perfect location, the host Gabriel is very friendly, helpful and provides great communication, it's clean and includes everything you might need. Best for couples because of the size. There is some work underway on the building's roof which present some temporary cosmetic issues, but not a big deal.

Nice & Quiet Perfect for 2

Gabriel was very accommodating of our need to check-in early due to early a.m. flight. She was responsive to our needs for a few requests and I can't say enough about how COZY the bed was at the end of each day. Nice and quiet being tucked in the back of the building and Ubers were a plenty! Thanks for a great milestone birthday celebration!

French Quarter hideaway
