Awesome place! I would give it a 10!
Wanted to get away for the Labor Day weekend, just to unwind and relax. This property is so very calming and relaxing. Its perfectly located close enough to all things to see, but far enough to stay out of the downtown traffic. I chose to not rent a car, and I could walk to most places I had on my agenda to see. The owner was a great and accommodating. I will be back again.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool. A very short walk to Beale Street and within walking distance to many other things.
