In the afternoon take a break from your fun filled day to read a book in the sitting area or watch a show on the mounted flat screen TV. Stacked washer & dryer tucked away in the corner. Unit 503 is one of few condos in Saida Towers with a washer and dryer in the unit.

The spacious guest bedroom offers two queen size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep after a busy day exploring South Padre Island. Great room for couples or the kids to share. Has two 2-drawer nightstands, 6-drawer dresser and a small walk-in closet to store personal belongings. Watch a show on the mounted TV in the evening to unwind from the day.
The large guest bathroom has a striking granite vanity with storage space below for toiletries. Offers a beautiful tiled tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two poolside snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

*As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS. For more information, please contact the host before booking. Also, please note that while this condo does not allow young adult groups, neighboring homes might, which may affect general noise levels.
*Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking.
*This vacation home does NOT allow pets.
*Guest capacity is strictly enforced.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
