This spacious, fun, and well appointed space, will be your new home away from home! You will enjoy the premium location, the property is situated in the Cimarron golf community. This is a fantastic rental for business travelers and large groups alike.

Rear Deck - This area is walled and has an electric sliding gate for maximum security and privacy. Remote controls for the gate will be in the kitchen when you arrive. There is a small rectangular pool with a covered canopy. The pool isn't heated. There's poolside seating and also a 1/2 bathroom.

There's an outdoor cooking area adjacent to the parking area and across from the pool. The cooking area has a built-in metal grilling surface, with an area to put your charcoal underneath. There's also an area to put a large wok or comal-wok for cooking various dishes.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, pans, cookware, utensils, and cooking tools that you are likely to need. We also supply some basic spices in the spice drawer, and condiments as well. The cooktop is a magnetic induction stovetop and we have some special pans by Circulon that work with it. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and plenty of storage throughout for all of your food. The kitchen overlooks the downstairs entertainment room, so you can watch tv and movies on the 100" projection screen while cooking. There's a bar area with a couple of bar stools as well.

Downstairs entertainment room - We have a 100" projection screen and Panasonic lcd projector
set up for your entertainment. The projector is hooked up to an Apple TV 4k unit and remote so that you can load your own apps or use Netflix, You Tube TV (streaming TV), or connect your own devices. Use caution if connecting your own devices that you hook everything back up correctly.
There's also a premium class A amplifier and speakers so your movies and music will sound their best. There's a premium leather dual reclining sofa for seating. Also, there's a double door to a side patio area for smoking or for your pets. The double doors have a doggy door.

Formal dining - This room is right off of the kitchen and features a large rectangular dining table with comfortable seating for up to 8 people. There is also a dining cabinet and wine racks for you to use.

Wash room - This room features a full-size washer and dryer as well as several cabinets and a wash basin.

Upstairs entertainment room - Just like the downstairs entertainment room, this room features a Sony projector and Apple TV 4k unit as well as a dual reclining leather sofa. For sound we have a sound bar and subwoofer. The upstairs projector screen size is 92".

Master bedroom - The master bedroom includes a wall mounted 75" Samsung 4k TV with screen mirroring support. It has an Apple TV 4k unit hooked up
to it for access to streaming TV and other various apps. The room has a large walk-in closet and a separate linen closet. The bathroom features
a walk-in shower and large jacuzzi tub.

Jack and Jill bedrooms - These rooms feature 58" Samsung 4k TV's. They both have an Apple TV 4k unit hooked up
to it for access to streaming TV and other various apps. Each has walk in closets and dressers for plenty of storage. They
share a connected bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and no tub.
