Brand new home on the beach in Matagorda

Brand new, unique octagon design home perched right on the dunes of Matagorda Beach with unobstructed 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. Large entertaining space on ground level with outdoor shower, large flat screen TV and patio table. Beach toys, boogie boards and chairs all provided for the ultimate beach stay. In addition to the downstairs space, there is a spacious screened deck on the first floor complete with porch swing. The top floor has an open upper deck with panoramic water views of the gulf. The perfect spot to watch sunrise, sunset or the stars at night.

Inside you’ll find three bedrooms and two and half baths. The king bedroom includes ocean views and a connected full bathroom. Across the hall you’ll find the queen bedroom and a third bedroom that has two twin bunk beds and a twin trundle. Pack n Play and blow up air mattress are also available upon request. The bunk bed is a great spot for kids to hang out, complete with bean bags and a flat screen TV. Head upstairs and you’ll discover an open kitchen/living, with fireplace, 65" streaming TV and, best of all, large picture windows all around showcasing one of the best views anywhere on the Texas coast.  

For your comfort, we maintain a maximum occupancy policy of 8 total guests (no more than 6 adults) at any time in the home.  No pets allowed. Parking available for two vehicles, but can accommodate a maximum of three.
