Lovely, safe, quiet residential area with easy access to the freeway yet close enough to the beach & nightlife to ride your bike. You are more than welcome to use the charcoal BBQ grill on the patio if you prefer to cook
There are a total of 4 units on the property; this one is the upstairs apartment in the building in front.
PETS are more than welcome in this home but please note there will be an add'l cleaning fee per pet.
