Come and "Sea Why" your perfect vacation is in Surf City. Our home features an open, family-friendly concept with multiple bedrooms and living areas. Your family and friends will enjoy staying and playing in this spacious home.
Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise from the front porch. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the sunset and marsh views while soaking in the seven person hot tub or from the sofa on the screened porch.
When you enter "Sea Why" you will be greeted with a large, open concept living area.
A full kitchen with a kitchen island offers additional counter space and bar seating for four guests.
An over-sized dining table includes six chairs and additional booth seating for up to 12 guests.
The living room includes an oversized sofa and ottoman, with sliding tables included alongside the sofa. An electric fireplace is available to warm the chilly evenings.
Down the hallway, you will find three spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The two back bedrooms open to upper deck with the screened porch. From there, you can step down to the middle deck and the hot tub.
Downstairs, you will find a large gaming area with a gaming table, books, board games and puzzles for Family Game Nights, along with a Wii and a retro Atari gaming station. Attached to this area is a bonus space including twin bunk beds and a queen-size, pull out sofa. Also downstairs is the fourth bedroom with french doors that open to the ground-level back patio.
The home includes free wifi access. Smart tv's are located in all upstairs rooms, the downstairs gaming area and the bonus area.
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. A numerical keypad opens the front door and is reprogrammed with each new guest.
A short walk leads you to a children's playground, only one block from a public beach access with bath and shower facilities. The same short walk brings you to our neighborhood mini mart and locally owned restaurant and lounge. The public beach access is two blocks away with public restrooms and showers located at this access.

The home is located on the marsh side of the island, just 1.9 miles from the Surf City Bridge and downtown Surf City.
The home includes parking for up to six vehicles and is within a short drive or bike ride to the downtown area.
Enjoy the nearby beach without the hassle! The rental includes beach chairs, beach towels, surfboard, kayaks, skim boards, boogie boards, cornhole and a wagon to help you pull everything the two short blocks to the beach!
