A lovely canal front home centrally located within a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Atlantic Ocean, The Beach Club, Golf Courses and the Cabana Club. This beautiful open floor plan home has its own dock, a great place to sit and relax, fish, or crab! Two fully screened in porches fully furnished to enjoy the sunset and canal with your loved ones. This house has four bedrooms and three baths, and sleeps 11 people comfortably.

Features include one king, four queens and one twin bed. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two are on the second. Featuring an open floor plan, this house is an ideal vacation rental. Plenty of seating indoors and on the screened in porch...ahhh, what a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This house is tastefully decorated and in an ideal location. The master bedroom leads out to its own screened porch. Off the living room is another screened porch with plenty of seating and a mounted TV. There are seven TVs in this home, the TV in the living room has Hargray Cable and the rest are for streaming only. High speed 600mbps WIFI throughout the home. The driveway has plenty of room for parking and also a spot to park in the middle garage. The large deck connects around the home and has a propane grill and a great view of the canal.
