Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The condo was large and beautifully decorated. The large balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Just high enough to have a perfect view of the ocean and beach. Highly recommend this condo!

Orange Beach for relaing

Beach was not crowded and Cindi was in a good location to eating, stores and shopping. Bed was really too soft and furniture in living room could use a refresh. Loved the fact there was NO carpet!

Nice condo on the beach

Overall we liked the location on the beach and within the complex. Condo door short distance from elevator so quick access from beach and parking. Unobstructed view of beach and gulf from covered balcony with comfortable deck furniture.Overall cleanliness was good except for the floor. After vacuuming the floor a couple times, with the supplied vacuum, to remove the sand it was pretty good. Floor apparently hadn't been vacuumed or scrubbed prior to our arrival. Having an upright vacuum available is really a plus when you are staying for 5 or 6 weeks so you can clean regularly.If you use the clothes dryer you may have to pull it out from the rear wall. The first time we used it it took 2 1/2 hrs to dry a load of clothes. I slid the dryer out from the wall and found the vent hose collapsed so very little air would exhaust. If the dryer is away from the wall you can reposition the vent hose to allow good air flow. After that we had no problems with the dryer.The only thing that would probably prevent us from renting this unit again was the king bed in the master bedroom. The inner spring mattress does not provide good back support and the box springs leave something to be desired. We turned the mattress and one box spring end for end and that helped some. Obviously everyones preferences are different but for us the king bed should be replaced. If that was done we would likey consider renting again.

Communication an issue

This property was very nice & as pictures portrayed.Loved location. Communication, however, was not good. We tried to get information regarding safe shelter when the weather turned bad with tornado watches & got a huge runaround - talked to someone in CA who knew nothing about this. After calling a couple of numbers, we were told to go to the office in our building to seek information - the problem being it was a weekend and the office was closed! We also had an issue with parking. When we returned from dinner one night, our parking space was taken. We questioned Security in the parking garage and were told to park anywhere (there were very few cars in the garage our entire two week stay) and that if our tag was in the window, it wouldn’t be a problem. The next day we were enjoying bingo at the Flora Bama and got an urgent text to call about our car. We were told we had an hour to get there and move our car to avoid further actions! We left our fun afternoon to rush back - moved the car - then went to the office to discuss. When we told the gal working what Security had told us, she said Liquid Life does not manage parking or security! Funny, that was nowhere in any of the information we received so how would we have known! We told her there were only 8 spaces taken in the garage yet they would give us an hour to return and ruin the fun we were having. Her response “well you ruined someone else’s day by parking in their spot! She needs a lesson in Customer Service!

Our Experience

We loved staying here. Everything was easy, we weren’t in the condo a lot but it was beautiful and relaxing. We door dashed a beach umbrella, we were walking from the pool when DoorDash told us they dropped the umbrella at our door. We were there in less than 5 minutes however there was already a first and final warning letter from the building about it. Which was crazy. We understand we can’t have items out there but for less than 5 mins? It was ridiculous. Especially if they can see on cameras that it was JUST delivered.The balcony sliding door from the living room really needs some WD40. It’s very loud. I woke up everyone in our condo stepping outside with coffee in the mornings. My sister was on the 11th floor and they kept laughing because they could hear from their condo and the pool every time we opened our sliding door.
