 Pristine and uncomplicated space provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom can accommodate 2 guests comfortably.
Close to everything, including beaches, public boat ramp, golf course, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking and bike trails.
Boat Ramp .5 mile away, 2 marinas with fuel with in a 5 min boat ride.
Relax in a quiet neighborhood where a roomy open-floor-plan space that includes well-equipped kitchen, dining and living-room and more await you.
Self-check-in and keyless entry.
Pet Friendly, dogs only - $100 per stay, small dogs, 40lb weight limit.

Here’s what to expect:
Sleeps: 2 - Maximum overnight guests: 2.
Your vacation property is supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Things to Know
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.
- During Spring Break, ALL occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
-No Smoking - No Vaping.
-Pet Friendly - $100 per stay. Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up to date prior to your stay, especially anti-flea treatment.


Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code.
Garage is locked and for owners use only and will not be assessable to guest.  All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on day of arrival. Keys will be given the day of check-in. 
Parking:  2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Boat and trailer parking.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.
