Why they chose this property

It’s quiet, there are lots of parks around , very convenient transportation, easy parking, off the beaten track but very close to lively touristic Koukaki area (7 minutes walk), close to Athens center , very easy to go to the beach (tramway station is 2 minutes walk). Very close to supermarket, pharmacy, police station and one of the biggest open bazaars in Athens (on Saturdays). Historical neighborhood with yearly increasing cultural and commercial potential.
