PET HOUSE RULES
Up to 2 dogs (sorry, no cats) that are house trained and medium-small size are welcome to stay at The Wave for a fee of $20 per pet per day. We do, however, have a few house rules.
1. Absolutely no pets in the spa room/master bedroom
2. Please keep pets off beds and furniture
3. Please dry off with a towel before entering the house
4. Please use the large grass area for the bathroom, and pick up after appropriately (please note that there is no fence)
5. At bedtime, we ask that pets sleep in a kennel (evidence of pets on beds may result in deduction of deposit)

Comfortable house close to beach

We enjoyed our visit. The location made it easy to walk on the beach and we enjoyed family meals sitting on the outdoor deck with a view of the ocean. The house very comfortably accommodated our family group of three couples.

Great spaces, nice bedrooms with one on the main floor. Wonderful location. We found the lighting very dim and had trouble getting it to heat up but overall it suited our needs very well.

Very nice house & close to beach

We enjoyed the house for a small family reunion. My two siblings and I each had our own bedroom with queen bed and own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation and the dining area and living room was roomy for meals and gatherings. We also enjoyed some meals outside.

Girls birthday weekend

This was an amazing place to stay with my 4 girlfriends. The 5 of us enjoyed the house and the use of the hot tub. Close to anything you need and even the beach. The pictures seemed different from what we saw, it was much better in person!! Thanks again! I will be back

A Lovely Rental

Pro: - Excellent location - Easy, flexible check in - Very spacious with comfortable furnishings - Beautiful house, would definitely rent again Con: - Had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels (no extra rolls for when we ran out, less than half rolls out when we arrived) and no laundry detergent. Understand if owners do not want to supply these, but that should be made clear prior to check in. - Coffee Maker and Toaster do not work well at all and probably should be replaced. - Hot tub controls very glitchy and sensors probably need repair - constant "water level" warnings when it was filled to proper level.

Great getaway for your friends group

This was a great house for a group of friends because there were enough beds for each of us to have our own. The hot tub took awhile to heat up but once it did- it felt great to soak and talk together. It was so convenient to walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a relaxing fun time. Amazingly beautiful beach and house

The house was wonderful everything worked great! First time visiting the beach in 25 years The Wave was the perfect place to stay with my family! Short 2 minute walk to the beach weather was great! Parking cars was kinda hard not much room between neighbors 3 cars aloud but had a real hard time getting 2 in. The house was perfect lots of room just a short 5 minute drive into town! 5 stars and would love to stay again!

Great Location

The house was really comfortable for the seven adults and two dogs in our party. It was a short walk to the beach, the market, bakery, and pub. The hot tub wasn't working at all, but we didn't miss it. We apparently made the neighbors mad with our dogs tinkling on the grass.

Ocean view great multi family home

With a queen or master bedroom and bath on each level this makes it the perfect home for multiple families to spread out. Although it is a couple blocks from the beach it is a straight shot across Hemlock and down a short flight of stairs to the beach. About a twenty minute walk on the beach to midtown. Great bakery and grocery store nearby. Nice big couch in the livingroom and lots of deck and patio space.
