Relaxing stay in the country

Great time with my husband & my kiddos. We had s'mores outside that he kindly provided. Kids loved the outside running around playing. Peaceful & relaxing 😇

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a mixture of mini-ranches, commercial, and industrial properties. Its a booming area with a lot of new construction in a rural neighborhood. But, its very quiet in the evenings and on weekends. Its nice place to walk around in the evenings. There is an area for fossil hunting too. See the pictures I uploaded

What makes this property unique

Its a newer property built in 2018 and recently refreshed. Its very clean with new carpet and paint. It also has nice furniture and bedding. The Wifi is Nextlink and its good. Also has a smart TV to watch Hulu, Netflix, Paramount etc. The location is what makes this unique. It takes only a couple of minutes to reach Interstate 20.
