Gorgeous lake view

This apartment was perfect for the two of us and our two Westies. The view of the lake from the roof deck was amazing! Check-in was easy and the floors made it easy to keep clean. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay on Newfound Lake!

Excellent communication with property owner. Knew exactly what to bring and who to contact about any issues during stay (not needed). Beautiful view of the lake from the deck. Beach just a few steps away across the street. Property as described. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

Nice second floor apartment with a deck with an amazing view of Newfound Lake, which is directly across the street. This was perfect for the two of us for an October week. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. It was great to have access to kayaks and it was very easy to carry them across the street and put them into water. The kitchen is a little sparsely stocked -- if you're planning to do a lot of cooking here, you'll need to bring or buy everything you'll want to cook with including spices, oils, etc. Fortunately there's a decent grocery store a few miles away. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great extra space

We rent both the upstairs and the downstairs for 2 weeks each summer. The upstairs space worked really well again this year as our “overflow” space - we had 4 different groups in it over the two week period. The new furniture is great and the space is very functional for a small group. Thanks!

Clean and quaint property!

This property is perfect for a small family vacation. It is clean and owner is very helpful and responsive. The only drawbacks are one of the bedrooms is very tiny with low ceilings and the stairs to enter are steep and shallow. Living area was surprisingly larger than expected and property is well maintained with good parking which can be unusual for this area.

Lake side Getaway

Very positive. The property was just as described . The setting was beyond perfect.Sunsets are great. A perfect place to go to relax and unwind. Owner was very responsive to a question about the TV. Would definitely return again.

Best vacation spot ever!

We had an amazing time staying so close to the lake. The view from the deck was beautiful. The property was lovely we had everything we needed. Also the kids had a great time with the kayaks. We are planning on returning next summer! Would highly recommend.

Great setting at Newfound Lake

Very comfortable, like a cabin, with wonderful views of the lake and convenient to many hiking and shopping opportunities. Kevin was very helpful as well.

Great location for a family

I stayed with a family of five. This rental unit was the right amount of space for the price and the location was great. The only small down side for us was there was no dinner table to eat as a whole family, but there is nothing that anyone could do to fix this based on the layout. The owner responded right away when I had a question. However, I had very few questions because all information was clearly communicated. I would recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

We had a relaxing stay at Kevin’s property. The view of the lake from the rooftop deck was beautiful and we had everything we needed for a fun filled week. The gas grill was very handy and we ate in most nights. The crystal clear lake water was enjoyed everyday and could not have been more convenient

Great property right across from The lake. Crystal clear water at new found lake and a great simple property for our family of 4. Loved the fenced yards, the kayaks and the place. Kevin was a great host. Very responsive for any questions.

Another great stay!

This was our 5th annual stay at this lovely property and it was great! Three generations, people coming and going throughout the two weeks - the house, upstairs apartment and one cottage worked beautifully. The house was home base with plenty of room for meals, games and playing together - all ages! The game room is always a hit and the living room is perfect for movie nights. Thanks again, Kevin, for a wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property

This property topped my bucket list of one day being lake front on my fountain on youth! I grew up going to Camp Wulamat with my extended family and every year drove around the lake looking at what was for sale.
