About the host
Hosted by Simba

I am Simba. I live in Johannesburg. However I am originally from Zimbabwe. I enjoy all sorts of things. I absolutely love a good conspiracy theory. Quite taken in by real estate, always have (note, I didnt use the word, 'obsessed'). Residential real estate, especially, helps me make a living while learning a ton about people, expectations, business etc. Its a whole university degree on its own.
Why they chose this property
I came into this neighbourhood quite by chance. I loved the big lots especially. All the really things about this neighborhood, I learnt while I lived here. And I was absolutely grateful I dived straight in. Big lots, wide streets, inspiring, lots of greenery, and a great reputation.
What makes this property unique
Outside of having one of the biggest lots available in all of Johannesburg, we have tried to blend, the old structure with an updated interior. Not just that, we tried to combine the 'European/modern' aesthetic with an African one in a way that doesnt leave you too overwhelmed with one over the other. In fact, we hope this aspect is what makes our place memorable and unique. Furnishings and comfort are quite generous. Cleanliness generally a non negotiable and we have daily servicing at no extra charge.
