Prime location that is central to everything. 2 miles from downtown Broad Ripple and less than 10 miles to both downtown Indy and Carmel. Enjoy restaurants, shops, entertainment, events and more. Recently updated kitchen, living room, primary suite, screened in porch and fence. Fully finished basement is perfect for movies, games, entertaining and much more. Includes king sized bed, Wi-Fi, TV with Roku. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, appliances and all necessary cooking utensils.

The house has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. The upstairs is a primary suite with a bedroom and bathroom. The basement is a great entertaining area, with office space as well as a full bathroom.

Great Weekend Stay
Property was perfect for our weekend trip to Indy with the kiddos. They loved the toy basket and play space in the basement. The house had plenty of room for our family of four to hang out in between activities and at night.

Perfect Find!
We rented this house, with another couple, so we could be close to the Fairgrounds where our daughters were competing in the Big 10 T&F Champs. The house was clean and charming and in a lovely neighborhood where people were out walking and running in the morning. The house and yard were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the provided shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as coffee & condiments. Deon & Erica were great hosts and replied quickly to every question. We highly recommend their lovely home.

Great neighborhood and lovely home
Home was very well stocked and very conveniently located to all necessary stores. We stayed the weekend for our son’s baseball tournament and had a great time. Kids loved the basement family room.

Home away from home
This was a wonderful place for our family for a week before school started! The fenced in yard was nice for the kids to run around, and the home is located very close to many places to eat, shops, etc. Highly recommend this place, and Erica and Deon were highly communicative!

Best Stay Ever...Considering Circumstances
Came to Indy to bring my father home to his final resting place. This has been one of the hardest weeks of my life. Made so much easier by our hosts and their lovely home. I couldn't have gotten through all of this without somewhere like home to come back to every night. Words cannot express my gratitude to our gracious and caring hosts. Who repeatedly checked in on us during our stay. Offering themselves and any assistance we requested. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. Truly felt like home. Thanks again D. & E. Everything was awesome.

This was our first time staying in Indy and we came with friends. The home is trendy and cozy and the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was a short drive or Uber to the main strip of Broad Ripple. Check-in and check-out were simple. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location for a couples/friends weekend in Indy
We—two couples who are the best of friends—stayed in this home during the NCAA tournament. The location was ideal: just two minutes from a Main Street, five minutes from a grocery store and about 15 minutes from the downtown action. The bedrooms were perfect for two couples, and there was an additional room with twin beds, along with multiple spaces where we could gather as a group.We had hoped to enjoy coffee and private conversations on the enclosed patio, but the presence of a Ring camera made that feel a bit less comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic food supplies and plenty of cooking utensils—some of them quite stylish. The neighborhood felt safe and was pleasantly diverse, with lots of people out walking their dogs.We would totally rent this home again!
