The space:
As you step inside you are greeted to an inviting living room area with a fireplace. The open concept layout connects you to the kitchen and the amenity room with the sauna and a 3 in 1 foosball/air-hockey/ping pong table creating a warm and cozy ambience. The same floor includes a half bath and the first bedroom along with the washer and dryer.

Door in the den room leads you outside to a relaxing dining area under the gazebo for enjoyable nights outside with the firepit steps away.

Walk up the stairs in the living area, you will find yourself with two additional bedrooms and inside one room you will find yourself with a loft area for days that you want a simple and quiet read.

NO DRUGS:
We have a zero tolerance policy for use of illicit drugs.

LOST OR BROKEN THINGS:
We understand that accidents happen, but please inform us about any broken or missing item.
Our cleaning staff takes inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen / towels or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.

CLOGGED TOILET:
Do not flush towels, tissues, baby wipes, women's sanitary products or anything else in the toilet that can create an obstruction. Our cleaning staff will flush our toilets after Check out, and if there is a problem, we will charge you for the plumber's services.

TOILETRIES AND OTHER SUPPLIES
We will provide an initial supply of body wash, shampoo, and hand soap as well as firewood, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, liquid dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Those items are only intended as initial supply for your stay and there only until supplies last. You can always get more at the stores near the property.

BARBECUE:
We like to ensure that there is some propane left. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to make a trip to the store to exchange the propane tank.

INSECTS/INEVITABLE:
In conjunction with superb cleaning, our house is treated periodically for pests. However, this cabin is in a wood environment, and some insects may (and will) appear depending on the season. As stated the house is treated periodically, and thoroughly cleaned after each rental. We have no control over insects and will not provide compensation for such matters. Therefore, help prevent them by -
Keep doors and windows closed at all times.
Clean-up after cooking and mealtimes.
Keep food inside the fridge.
Empty inside trash regularly, and dispose in the outside trash bins.
Wear long sleeves and long pants as well as repellants to prevent any insect bites when outside

The guest accepts that payment of their reservation implies acceptance of the above set of rules and any violation could result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, a request to vacate the property, and extra penalties.
