This home is in the heart of everything fun about austin!
You can walk to zilker park, barton springs, alamo drafthouse and many restaurants. It is also very close to downtown and S. Congress. Perfect for ACL festival or fun, fun, fun fest! Also great for SXSW, Formula One or any other austin event.
The 3445 sqft home features 11 foot ceilings and walnut floors. The clerestory windows provide ample natural light.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
- master suite: beautiful master suite with spa like bath, king size bed (sleeps 2)
- guest suite: guest suite with a king size bed with a private bath on the first floor; offers separate entrance to the main house for additional privacy. (sleeps 2)
- upstairs bedroom 3: two twin beds (trundle bed)
- upstairs bedroom 4: two twin beds (trundle bed)
- upstairs playroom: queen size air mattress available if needed
- half bath off of kitchen
- full bath upstairs
- master and guest suite both have attached bathrooms
Garage apartment: the detached garage apartment offers a queen bed and a pull-out queen sofa bed; easily accommodates 4. It is not included in the price but can be leased in addition to the house for a large group.
The main house has two living areas with plenty of seating, a 60' hdtv
The dining table and bar accommodate 12 combined.
The home has a large covered back patio with two cozy couches and a ceiling fan and includes an island with sink and gas grill for cookouts. The yard has a large oak tree and gas fire pit to sit around or roast marshmallows!
There is also plenty of parking.

We are a family of four that built this home in 2012.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a larger home in the Zilker neighborhood where we already lived. We found a couple of neighboring lots for sale and the rest is history!
What makes this property unique
The home is unique, modern, and bright. We love the comfortable layout for our family and it is great for entertaining! Mostly, we love this neighborhood as it allows us to take advantage of all the fun things going on in Austin. We are also close to lots of good restaurants and shopping.
