TC Farmhouse - Pet friendly country home

Welcome to the TC Farmhouse! This modern country home is situated on over 4 acres of fields just waiting to be explored. Less than a mile from the home is Cedar Lake, which is great for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking. It is just a short drive east from the Farmhouse to Traverse City, or you can head west and be at the Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore. After a long day of Northern Michigan outdoor fun, cozy up in this 4-bedroom house well equipped for families and small groups.

The farmhouse is a newly built home that offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open main floor, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have access to the fenced-in backyard, surrounding 4 acres, a firepit, and shed with outdoor games and chairs.

On the main floor, you will walk into the open family and dining room combination. Decorated in a cozy modern farmhouse style, this will serve as the perfect gathering area for groups large and small! Next to the dining room is a large kitchen that is fully stocked to cook meals including spices, oil, and cooking utensils. In the pantry, you will find a Keurig machine and a stocked coffee bar. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor with a king-sized bed and a TV on wheels that can be moved into the living room for movie nights.

Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a bedroom with bunk beds fully ready to host children. The children's bedroom has toys in the closet and a chalkboard for rainy-day entertainment. One of the bedrooms upstairs also has a desk for any digital nomads wishing to mix work with travel. The home has high-speed internet for working or streaming media.

Both bathrooms in the home are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There is a large capacity washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement for guest use.

To access Cedar Lake you will walk (or drive) south down Cedar Lake Rd. Cedar Run Creek Nature Area is located just before the lake and boat launch. While the home does not supply watercraft, please out to the host as we are happy to help secure rentals.
