Minimum stay: 1 month off season. Completely remodeled apartment with amazing view of the lake and pool. New kitchen, new bathroom and new furniture. Only 1 mile to the ocean and close to the famous Atlantic Ave. Very central and in the heart of all activities, restaurants, shops. The apartment comprises a spacious, modern and fully equipped new kitchen, a living room and dining room, 1 large bedroom with access to the balcony and 1 new bathroom, a big screened balcony facing the lake and pool, a laundry room with washing machine and a tumble dryer. Sheets, bath and beach towels are provided. There are 2 large swimming pools and Jacuzzi downstairs and also a fitness center.

The apartment is on the third floor of a secured building with elevator. The property is surrounded by tropical vegetation and many lakes.

Very nice golf courses are nearby. Ideally located: 5 minutes from the lovely Delray beach, 5 minutes from Boca Raton, 15 minutes from Palm Beach and 45 minutes from Miami. Internet access with WIFI. 6 MONTHS MINIMUM RENTAL DURING THE HIGH SEASON.

Highly Recommended - Great Location

We needed a place to stay for a month while looking for houses and found this beautiful extremely clean condo. It is a great location only 5 minutes to beach and Atlantic Avenue and has very nice view of the pool which is also very nice. The grounds also has 20+ tennis courts that you can play on. About the Owners Christine & Bernard, when we arrived we turned the Television on and noticed some white spots on the screen and called the owners just to make sure they knew. They were so kind and within 2 hours showed up with a brand new 55 " smart TV and installed it. Lovely people. We will recommend our friends to stay here when they visit.

Highly recommend!

Christine is an incredible host who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our month long stay. Since booking, she was in constant contact with me to make sure my questions were answered and the check in process went as smoothly as possible. The unit itself is exactly as shown, and has everything you would need for an extended stay. It is well served by an abundance of amenities within a 5 minute drive, and is close to the beach. Overall, this is an excellent property to stay in and I would highly recommend it.

Great Getaway

Clean, well decorated, good location, and a very nice view off the patio. A nice kitchen as well for those that enjoy cooking. It was a real pleasure staying here, I definitely recommend.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable with a really great view of the pool and lake beyond the screened balcony. Furniture is lovely, and very tastefully done. You will be quite happy here. This was a great choice! You’ll be renting from really nice people too!

great property, great complex

I had a great experience staying at this apartment for six weeks. The apartment is nice and well equipped and the complex is great. The apartment has a small patio that oversees the pool and a lake which is very serene and a great way to start your day. The bed is comfy and the place is clean and quiet. The only downside is the HOA - they require a parking pass and in the summer are open for limited hours and days so I had a hard time getting my pass. Christine and Bernard greeted me when I arrived and are friendly and helpful. The place is not within walking distance of the beach but is a 5 minute drive from Del Ray's beach and Atlantic Avenue, which is a great place for food and nightlife. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice South Florida get-away.

Nicest property I have ever rented!

I have rented at the Delray Racquet Club for four years. It has 22 clay tennis courts (I am a player) 3 beautiful pools, a gym and it is just seven minutes to the beach. This is by far the nicest apartment I have ever rented. Clean, gorgeous, a very comfortable bed, a nice big TV (for watching hockey, tennis, and movies), a wonderful kitchen (Christine even bought a blender per my request!), and a very nice balcony which overlooks the grounds and the pool. I could not have been happier with my stay. Thank you!

Excellent !

Nous avons loué ce condo pour un mois en novembre et c'était parfait. Le prix, la proximité de tout (12minutes a vélo de la plus belle plage de la côte est), la propreté, le décor, le confort du lit kind. Les proprio n'ont pas lésiné sur la qualité. On y retourne. We rented this unit for a month and we just loved it. Everything was great, the price was very reasonable, the décor is fresh, the kingsized bed right by the screened florida room will ask you to make an effort to get up. The condo is located 5 minutes from Trader Joes and Publix and pharmacy and whatever you need. And it was 12 minutes on our bicycle and we got to The nicest beach on the east coast. Enjoy.
