Welcome to this fully private 1 BR apartment with a separate WFH office in the heart of Historical Germantown. This is a beautifully cozy apartment with natural vibes and greenery everywhere. It’s perfect for all types of people including couples, solo travelers, traveling professionals, or even small families on short vacations.

The space
My space features a private full bathroom, full kitchen, office, and living area, with multiple smart TVs (so that you can continue watching your favorite show), window A/C, forced air heating system, and Wi-fi. *New* the space has been moved to the first floor for better accessibility and access to our backyard for the same low price. It offers contact-free entrance (access codes will be provided to you prior to check-in time). The remaining areas of the building will be occupied by other families who have their own unique dwelling areas.

Please note this is a residential area. Most food places will be a 20+ minute walk away.
