Welcome to our enchanting Ibis Cottage. With the perfect blend of thrilling attractions and local charm, our Ibis Cottage in Historic Palm Harbor is the ideal choice for renters seeking an unforgettable vacation.
The Cottage is within 15 minutes to Downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Island Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and walking distance to Historic Downtown Palm Harbor & Ozona.
There are endless options for quaint shops, and delightful restaurants. We are also a short drive to Clearwater Beach.
The Ibis Cottage has been fully remodeled and beautifully decorated in 2023. It is a 3BD ranch style house with an open floor plan private pool and large game room.
The house has a master bedroom with king size bed, queen size bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin-XL beds.
The house has all amenities for a great vacation including high speed WIFI, 3 large flat screen TVs, private backyard and swimming pool (heated during October-May). (*Please note that the swimming pool does not have a child safety fence around it. )
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan into the living room. The house has a Billiards Room with 75” TV, Poker Table, and Darts. In the backyard, there is an outdoor grilling (propane) and dining area and living space including a smokeless firepit.
The private driveway has enough space for 4 cars.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second bath has a walk-in shower.
There is an outside camera at the entrance door for security purposes.
The house is located in residential community so please respect our neighbors.
The local supermarket Winn-Dixie is just couple minutes away.
Free EV charger is located at the Palm Harbor library (couple minutes away)
Swimming pool is heated per request for an additional charge (October through April). 24 hours notice is required. $185 for stays up to 7 nights, then each additional night of your stay is $40. If the outside temperature drops below 50, the heater may not be efficient enough to bring the pool temperature to the set temperature. No Refunds will be given in that situation as the heater was working per guests’ request.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay: Busch Gardens is a thrilling theme park that combines the excitement of roller coasters with the beauty of an African safari (about 45min away).
Disney World: is a great day trip. Embark on a magical journey to the most iconic theme park in the world, Walt Disney World Resort. Located within driving distance, this enchanting destination offers four distinct parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Shopping & Night Life: Ibis Cottage is located just a few miles from Downtown Dunedin and Tarpon Springs where you can walk along waterfront shops for local goods and art. There are many one of kind restaurants and local breweries.
HOUSEKEEPING: Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets, towels and pool towels are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If it’s possible we will try to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, contact us about availability not earlier than 2 days prior to your arrival/departure. In case of unauthorized late check-out you will be charged $50/hour. This does not award you possession of the property, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guests and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous guest would leave a house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the house: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, couple trash bags and dishwashing tablets, 1 sponge, 1 roll of paper towels, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and soap. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for duration of your stay.
OUR ASKS:
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms
- Absolutely no glassware by the pool
- Please turn off all lights and lock all doors whenever you leave
- Please keep all window and doors closed at all times (especially when the A/C is on)
- Please use provided pool towels for the pool and not the house towels
Guests can use the entire house and private pool with the exception of the owners closet which is locked. There is enough parking space for 4 cars in the driveway, parking on the shell is allowed. There is also plenty of free street parking. We don’t have EV charger/electric outlet available outside. We don’t allow car charging using inside or garage outlets (due to insects and small animals entering the house). There is a free EV charger at Palm Harbor library.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The home is in quiet community with residential neighbors. Please respect the neighbors and always keep the noise to a low and respectful level. Pinellas County enforces quiet time from 10pm through 8am. If you are asked to keep the noise down, you must comply.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- We don’t have EV charger/electric outlet available outside. We don’t allow car charging using inside or garage outlets (due to insects and small animals entering the house).
- No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve/Day, and January 1st.
- Absolutely no animals! We will collect a fee of $200 if there is an evidence that you have brought animals to the house.
- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind.
- If the thermostat is turned below 68F and the A/C unit freezes, you will be billed $300 for service call and repairs.
- No moving furniture. The fee is $100 if the furniture is moved and not returned to original placement.
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.
- Clogged toilet deemed guest fault will result in $75 charge.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind! If there is an evidence of smoking (smell, ashes, etc.) you will be charged $250.
- Please be respectful to our bed sheets and towels. Towels are to be used only for their intended purposes. Any makeup/foundation, face medication, creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels, as well as missing towels will result in additional charges. Absolutely no bleach or bleach containing products should be used on our linens and towels.
- $300 Smart Lock replacement if our smart lock equipment is damaged.
WILDLIFE:
It is well-known that there are many types of insects and small lizards in Florida. We have a pest control company that treats inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate insects. Despite that, you may still expect to see them occasionally as they can get into the house after treatment through open doors or the previous guest’s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects and lizards into the house. Please keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
Please don't leave garbage bags outside of garbage bins, we have lots of raccoons and other wild animals present that might get to the garbage.
TRASH PICKUP: Trash days are Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling collection day is Wednesday. Please place items in their respective containers located on the left side of the property. Please place the trash bin to the end of the driveway the evening prior to collection. Please make to put them back when empty. Recycling trash does not need to be bagged. Please do NOT leave garbage bags outside of garbage bins.
REPAIRS & SERVICE CALLS: We take pride in maintaining our house and perform regular maintenance to keep everything in good working order. It is impossible, however, to guarantee that all appliances, pool, etc. will be in working order 100% of the time. We can not be responsible for the acts of God, power outages, and weather events. We will, however, make every effort to correct any problem you encounter during your stay as soon as possible. Non-emergency maintenance issues will be handled during normal business hours. If you need emergency assistance for any reason, please contact us immediately. While we make every attempt to correct all issues as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made for mechanical failures of pool, appliances, electronics, or interruption/loss of utilities (including satellite TV, internet, etc). Any and all repairs to be made during your stay have to be approved by the guest before we allow a repair person in, unless the repair is of urgent circumstances, ie. water leaks, structural issues, and/or dangerous situations.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified.
DURING YOUR STAY
We won’t be available in person during your stay but we live in the area and are only a phone call or text message away.
RULES
Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay, no refund will be issued in this case.
