This stunning Victorian condo is located in the heart of Duluth just a short distance to the Rose Gardens and Lake Walk along gorgeous Lake Superior. City View is a historic home that has been renovated into three separate apartments. The vacation rental apartment entry is located upstairs on the second floor and features two levels where you can enjoy many fantastic views of Lake Superior.
The main level of the apartment opens up to a fully stocked kitchen with your basic essentials and plenty of dining space. These rooms are full of natural light and adorned with tropical inspired details. The large dining table is the perfect place to entertain or play a game. Directly off the dining area is a private balcony where you can enjoy the partial lake view. The bathroom is located on the main level of the apartment and is outfitted with the basic amenities. Upstairs the third floor features vaulted ceilings, a living space and two large bedrooms. Curl up on the large leather sofas and wrap up in a throw blanket while you enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV or read a book while you sit in the chaise lounge in the rotunda. When you are ready to catch some Z's the king and queen bedroom are outfitted with comfortable beds, bedside lighting and ample storage space. There is also a day bed tucked in the corner of the living area for additional sleeping space.

Our Kitchen has all the basics for your cooking needs. A crockpot, coffee maker, griddle, pots & pans, blender, toaster, and all the needed cooking and baking utensils. To get you started we set you up with complimentary coffee bags from Duluth Coffee Company as well as a few beverages and popcorn.
→ BATHROOM
Our bathrooms have all the essentials. Toilet paper, bath towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, make-up wipes, and a blow dryer.
→ ENTERTAINMENT:
Our TVs are SmartTVs with a variety of apps downloaded and ready for your use. Please bring your own credentials to access streaming networks.
→ PETS
This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation at a charge of $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Accessing the apartment is super easy to get inside because there's a handy lockbox located inside the front door of the building. Just use the unique codes provided in your reservation instructions, and voila! You're in!
→ PARKING
Two off street parking spaces are located behind the house or street parking can be utilized for your convenience. If you have any additional vehicles, no worries! There's plenty of street parking available nearby. So you and your guests can rest assured knowing parking won't be a hassle during your stay. Safe travels!
VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
Terms include a No Tolerance Policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced.
3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 6 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking with signs for the Vacation Rental.
6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
8. PETS a) IF dogs are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have them on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; c) A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; for short term reservations the pet fee is $75/dog. All mention of pets denotes dogs only, no other pets are permitted.
9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to request arrangements.
11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.
12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
