This house is a great little place to stay while in Lacrosse, 5 or 10 minutes to some great boat ramps accessing Black River and Dresbach Dam. Lots of food options and fuel is close. Enough room to back a boat into the driveway for safe overnight parking also!Thank you, Jaime and Spencer for offering this space for everyone to enjoy!
This was a great place to stay that was close to UWL and downtown. Loved having the room to move around in the house vs a hotel room. Also, loved the outdoor area.
This cute place was just what we needed for our short stay in La Crosse. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. It was very easy to contact the host when we had questions.
Nice little place, neighborhood was pretty quiet, house had good amenities. Host very nice and good communication, overall place was very clean They do allow pets so there are traces of pet hair here and there . Very good pricing.
Our stay was quite short but was exactly the space we were looking for. Their fairy like gazebo outside was our favorite and thought the postcard idea was so cute!!
I wanted to find a place to stay that was eclectic and engaging PLUS allows dogs. I found the perfect place and will be back again. I simply adored the ambiance of the house and the love of dogs the owners have and are willing to share. I will be back with more woofers soon!
The property was clean and a convenient location to downtown activities. Please note the pet policy and added charges beforehand. Communication was good and the stay was satisfactory for our needs.
This little cottage was the perfect place to stay while visiting Lacrosse. It's an easy drive to downtown, Campus, or Onalaska. Everything was clean and updated. The decor gave it character. We especially loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The neighborhood was well kept and felt very safe. We will definitely be back.

About the host
Hosted by Jaime Arnold
My husband and I got married in June 2023, 2 days before my mom passed away. Being an only child, and having my dad passing away 13 years earlier, I was left my childhood home. I didn't have the heart to part with it, so we put a lot of work in the home to turn it into a VRBO.
We have 2 kids (4 & 8) and 4 dogs. We live right across the river in Minnesota and enjoy traveling, geocaching and seeing oddities. Spencer enjoys fishing, especially ice fishing.
Why they chose this property
It's my childhood home. :) The yard is a work in progress but we will be refurbishing the gazebo in the back, building a butterfly garden and placing a geocache in the back.
What makes this property unique
Each room is specially curated to my moms, dads and my family interests. The master bedroom is a rock and roll theme; my mom and I went to a lot of concerts! The spare bedroom is a railroad theme; my dad worked for Candian Pacific Railway. I have spent a lot of time on the details and my heart has been poured into this project.
