About this property

We are in the South Tower on the 8th floor. This is a nicely decorated and well furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking condo with air conditioning. Recently installed blackout shades in living room and master bedroom. The living area has so many features for you to enjoy: large windows with ocean view, beautiful decor, entertainment center with easy access to the private balcony. The living area features a large flat panel TV, and , a Queen sleeper sofa, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, TV, Blu-Ray and DVD Player, Private bath, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom includes two Queen Beds, a TV, and Blu-Ray Player, as well as access to a bath. The condo also includes a dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a refrigerator with ice maker. The condo also has WiFi, and a front load washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a box fan. We also have Cable hooked up for the three televisions in the condo. New 42 inch Smart TV in the living room with Netflix already installed. To view the weekly rates from Saturday thru Saturday for the condo you have to click on, "View all rental rates". New for 2019 we installed BLACKOUT shades in the Master Bedroom and in the Living Room. It will help cool off the condo when you want a break from the sun and if you want to watch television during the day. Also they are nice in the Master Bedroom if you want to sleep in! They are light blue and we love them. Updated refrigerator for 2020 to enjoy for your stay at the beach. We are 1 mile from the Garden City Pier which is free to walk on. Their is a band every night playing at the end of the pier which is also free. For a small fee you can rent fishing gear and fish off the pier.

Perfect vacation spot

Karen is wonderful to work with! The kitchen is stocked with anything cooking that you could possibly want. The view from the living room, balcony and master bedroom is breath taking. Everything is so clean. This is our second time staying at this condo and we hope to stay again.

Beautiful

There were so many wonderful things about this location and condo. The view was amazing and watching the dolphins in the morning an added plus. Close proximity to lots of golf and shops. Recommend restaurants on business 17 over hwy 17. And being able to just kick back and relax was wonderful. We will be back.

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at Surfmaster several times. This is one of the nicest units. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Decor is coastal and pretty. The balcony furniture was great! We liked that there was a supply of spices in the kitchen and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available to use. We especially enjoyed the keyless entry to the unit.

Needs major updating. Too much stuff in condo. Had to move things out of closets and dressers in order to put in our own clothes. Dishwasher had bad order. Hand washed pots and pans, silverware,etc. before using. Beds were very comfortable and refrigerator was large. Had nice sized patio. Overall stay was okay

Beautiful view

The windows and the deck at this condo allowed for amazing views of the ocean! The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for us to use which was great. Everything was very clean. The beach itself was so enjoyable - soft sand, warm water, fun waves and the pier had a lot of fun entertainment. The owner was very kind and responsive. We loved our stay at this condo!

A wonderful week

We loved this condo! It was so well stocked and so clean. The decor was adorable and the view was to die for. We had plenty of room for our small family and spent so many hours on the balcony relaxing. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. We've never had a better view from a beachfront condo. The location of the condo was great in that it was away from the crowds. The beach was not crowded at all. The owner was so sweet and was very informative. We will be back next year for sure!

Wonderful Condo with an Amazing View

Thanks, Karen! Everything was fantastic. The condo is spacious and comfortable and well-stocked. Our favorite spot was the large, 8th-floor balcony overlooking the ocean. By the end of the week, we were skipping the tourist attractions just to spend more time on the balcony and at the beach. And Karen was super accommodating, easy to work with, and really responsive.

Surfmaster 810 is our home away from home. When the condo is not rented out we enjoy using the condo ourselves. We loves hearing to waves and all the fresh ocean breeze we get.

Why they chose this property

Surfmaster 810 is in the more desirable building, the South Tower! You get more sun exposure than the North Tower. If you want a break from the sun we have BLACKOUT shades in the Living room and Master Bedroom. So relaxing hearing the ocean all day and night so you can unwind and enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has its own glass patio doors.

What makes this property unique

You can see the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Don't mind cooking a meal with that oceanview. While sitting on the balcony you might get to see the dolphins swim by or a group of pelican fly by right at eye level. One time I was sitting on the balcony and one pelican turned and looked right at me! I will never forget that. Keyless entry for the condo door. No keys to keep up with! New BLACKOUT shade installed 2019 in Master Bedroom and Living Room.
