Wake up every morning to your favorite cup of coffee looking at the hillsides of the North GA mountains at this cozy cabin located 5 minutes away from downtown Helen, GA. Walk to the Chattahoochee River for breathtaking views of wildlife, fishing, and the year round cool waters of this rushing beautiful river. You are close enough to Helen to enjoy the charm of this German town with bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.
Our Aweku Cabin combines a Modern and Country look, with plenty of room for the whole family, and can accommodate up to 6 guests in three queen beds. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your fur babies at this property as we are a non-pet-friendly cabin.
Enjoy the cozy living room with wood burning fireplace watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV or open up the doors and windows to the beautiful outdoors and enjoy the sounds of nature as you immerse yourself in a relaxing stay. Cozy up in the outdoor hammock and read a book, or grab a glass of wine at the many outdoor relaxation areas set up on the porches. A outdoor firepit also is available for guests to roast marshmallows and enjoy a camp fire! Our two sleeping areas are a queen master bedroom on the main floor and a loft area with two queen beds. There is a full bathroom on each level as well. The fully stocked kitchen aways your gourmet meals for your family with a full size fridge, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher for cleaning up! Gas grill on the covered porch for grilling up your fresh catch from the river or delicious steaks and chops for Bettys Country Store!

We offer delivery of firewood for the fireplaces 3 bundles for $28.00 (Monday - Friday Only)
Fishing package available: Trout fishing in our private Blue Creek Trout pond stocked with Rainbow trout. Fishing Season: Spring March1-June 15 and Fall October 1 - December 31. Each package includes Access to teh trout pond and blue creek area, catch and keep 10 trout max, no catch and release, bring your own fishing equipment, Add package at checkout or by calling the office.
