Palm Springs International Airport is six miles away.

Inside this air-conditioned home away from home, you will discover a bright and airy open floor plan with high ceilings that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Gather in the welcoming living room for a tranquil evening planning your next adventures while the chef of the group prepares a delicious homemade meal or snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool/pool-spa do not come preheated but can be heated for an additional cost as outlined in the listing. That cost is at $75 USD/Night rented and needs to be paid for at least 24 hours prior to check in.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
