The Good Place is a great place

This beautiful luxury vacation home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends coming to celebrate a special event, family reunion, or any seasonal vacation! “The Good Place” is just minutes away from all the attractions of Hochatown in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The Good Place is over 3,000 square feet with an open floor plan, offering 5 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms, nestled among the tall pines of the Ouachita Mountains. This wonderfully appointed retreat was built with the guests in mind. You will love coming back to The Good Place after enjoying all the outdoor activities in the area to enjoy in the beauty from our little piece of Heaven!

Main Level:
Entering “The Good Place” you’ll walk into the spacious living room, which offers a gas log fireplace, dining room and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. Also on the first floor, you will find 3 large King master bedrooms – each with en-suite bathrooms. For your convenience, here is a half-bath right next to the living room.

Upper Level:
The Good Place upstairs features a loft with a pool table and large Smart TV. To the right is a King bedroom with one set of twin bunks and a full bathroom. To the left of the loft is another King bedroom with a set of twin bunks and another full bathroom.
Total Beds: 5 kings + 4 twins (bunks).
The covered back deck, where you can unwind and enjoy listening to the birds or watching a family of deer stroll past, is located just off the dining room. Also on the back deck is a bubbly hot tub for some well-deserved relaxation. The chef may want to grill the catch of the day, or steaks, on the gas grill – propane provided. Enjoy a game of Corn Hole while cooking. There is no need to look anywhere else …this really is “The Good Place”!
You will be located very near the best bands in the area, the best restaurants, fun wineries, day spas, Broken Bow Lake and Mt. Fork River. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nature trails and activities offered in Beavers Bend State Park.

Don’t forget - If you pick up some supplies, & your group can eat s’mores and tell stories around the fire pit! They sell firewood at the local gas stations, the Hochatime Store, and at Hookers Bait Shop.
