About this property

We love staying here and you will, too. It is arguably the most desired address in Breckenridge. Available April 14 - 21 (5 - 7 days only)

This Peak 8 Grand Colorado Suite is an oversized studio, which is more like a 1 bedroom suite, 450 square feet. Sits directly on ski slopes. Skiing and snowboarding equipment rental downstairs.

Room has king bed and a sofa sleeper. Room handles 4 people comfortably. Room and the sofa sleeper area are separated by a sliding pocket door, so it feels more like a one bedroom. Kitchenette in unit for small cooking needs. Fridge.

The gondola is attached to the resort and you can take it down the mountain for free (ten minute ride). The gondola lets you out in the historic downtown area of Breckenridge for shopping and dining. Very cool feature.

Bars and restaurant on property itself if you want to stick around the resort.

$15 resort fee imposed by the resort per night charged to your card day you check out.

Don’t debate or second guess, this is a great resort.
