Απαράδεκτη ιδιοκτήτρια

Κλείσαμε την βίλα για δυο βράδια με τις φίλες μου και αντιμετωπίσαμε αρκετές δυσκολίες. Αρχικά, χάσαμε δύο ώρες ψάχνοντας τη βίλα, καθώς το στίγμα στον χάρτη δεν ήταν ακριβές και υπήρχαν πολλές βίλες στην περιοχή. Η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν απαντούσε στις κλήσεις μας και όταν τελικά το έκανε δεν μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες. Με τη βοήθεια ενός ντόπιου που γνώριζε την περιοχή βρήκαμε τη βίλα. Φτάνοντας, δεν υπήρχαν κλειδιά για την αυλόπορτα, και έπρεπε να σκαρφαλώνουμε και πηδήξουμε τον φράχτη για να μπούμε (ευτυχώς η ηλικία μας το επέτρεπε). Μέσα στη βίλα, βρήκαμε μυρμήγκια στην κουζίνα, τα συρτάρια της κατάψυξης ήταν παγωμένα και δεν άνοιγαν όποτε χρειάστηκε να κάνουμε απόψυξη, στον κάτω όροφο δεν υπήρχε Wi-Fi ούτε και σήμα και ο θερμοσίφωνας δεν επαρκούσε για όλους, οπότε τον ανάβαμε πολλές φορές για να εξυπηρετηθούμε όλες. Επίσης για ένα σπίτι για το οποίο δίνεις τόσα χρήματα βασικές παροχές δεν υπήρχαν (σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο κλπ). Τέλος, η ιδιοκτήτρια μας κατηγόρησε ότι ήμασταν παραπάνω άτομα από ό,τι είχαμε δηλώσει χωρίς να έχει αποδείξεις, βασιζόμενη σε παραπάνω κλινοσκεπάσματα, πράγμα λογικο αν σκεφτεί κανείς ποσά άτομα είμασταν και ότι δεν υπήρχε περιορισμός στη χρήση τους. Επίσης ισχυρίστηκε ότι αφήσαμε το σπίτι βρωμικο πράγμα που δεν ισχύει πέρα από το γεγονός ότι αφήσαμε τα σκουπίδια μαζεμένα σε σακούλες σκουπιδιών γιατί η περιοχή ήταν απομονωμένη, δεν υπήρχε κάποιος κοντινός κάδος. Για αυτά λοιπόν που ανέφερα στο τέλος μας χρέωσε αδίκως 300€ επιπλέον μετα την αναχώρηση μας.

Breathtaking views

Un séjour d’exception avec des vues à vous couper le souffle! Maison splendide en haut d’une colline surplombant la mer. Vraiment magique, couchers de soleil inoubliables. Pense que la maison n’ait pas forcément équipée pour 9 personnes - tout petit lave vaisselle, pas énormément de vaisselle, espace cuisine vraiment restreint. La piscine n’était pas non plus en très bon état, elle se vidait et ne se remplissait pas forcément, accumulait les saletés sans être régulièrement nettoyée et des morceaux entiers d’un matériau type plastique très fins remontaient sans cesse à la surface. Les murs de la piscine laissaient aussi pleins de traces blanches sur les mains/bras/genoux. Espace BBQ et terrace splendide et de belles soirées en souvenirs. Communication avec l’hôte compliquée car pas sur place donc parfois un peu frustrante. Malgré tout une expérience inouïe!

La villa è piaciuta molto, anche se le foto non evidenziavano che due camere erano separate nella zona bassa con una scarsa visibilità del panorama. Internet il primo giorno non ha funzionato, creandoci alcuni problemi. E un secondo mazzo di chiavi c’è stato dato solo su nostra richiesta

Location agréable correspondant au descriptif

Location très propre avec vue magnifique. Très agréable pour un groupe car différents niveaux et permet de pouvoir s'isoler de temps à autre. Bons échanges/aides avec la gouvernante. Facilité d'entrée et de sortie. A recommander.
