Well-appointed home in a great neighborhood. This home is perfect for a golf getaway, snowbirds, watch your favorite team in spring training action or simply enjoy our fantastic weather. Even though close to many attractions, airports and highways the home offers a peaceful environment for you to enjoy the sunny weather. Home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a newly remodeled guest bathroom with a tub, vanity and tiles to match the vinyl flooring seen in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen includes brand new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen appliances and vinyl plank flooring. Spacious living room includes new furniture and a brand new vinyl floor and the covered patio is equipped with a gas grill for all your grilling needs and out door lighting for your nightly out door activities. Private Garage with additional parking on the driveway and an enclosed backyard to enjoy the Arizona sun year round. Our home is conveniently located 30 miles away from both Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport and Phoenix International airport with easy access to area highways. Our home also includes flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom, high-speed internet with WiFi access, washer/dryer, a king bed in master bedroom that leads to a master bathroom. A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom with plenty of closet space for a comfortable stay room n both rooms. Brochures of nearby places to visit are kept in the house for our guest's convenience. The HOA offers a gated community pool which is located 2-3 blocks (2-3 minutes walking distance) from our home. (available through April-October). Although not heated, the pool offers a peaceful place to lounge, read, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

Our rafting trip

Our stay was very nice. The home is very clean and Im a little OCD about that. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. They even let us check in early knowing we traveled almost 6 hours to get there. We were all blessed.

Arizona Stay

Perfect place to stay!

This place was great for our family. Plenty of room, clean, great location and property manager was helpful and friendly. The fridge did make loud noises when it turned on, but other than that, we loved our stay in Mesa!

The air conditioning unit was out upon our arrival. There also was no hot water the first two days. We had to call Bob he came then showed us to trip a breaker for the water to work. Our last day the air conditioning guy came at 7:30 am and we left because of all the noise.

Great Location.

Property is in a quiet neighbourhood, within easy reach of the attractions and facilities of the entire Phoenix metro area. We even used it as a base for day trips down to the Tucson area. Clean and well equipped, with access to the HOA swimming pool a major plus point.

Perfect little getaway

We came for my niece’s wedding and I needed a place for my dad to stay that was comfortable and had easy access. It was clean, well-stocked and so comfortable. It was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in and we use VRBO all the time! There was water in the fridge for the hot Arizona days, even snacks, and bathroom supplies. I wish we could have used the pool, which was just around the corner. The owner responded immediately to a small concern we had trying to get into the house and it was fixed immediately. Even communicated afterwards, which I appreciated. Five stars for this great little house!!!

Great location and nice enough!

Property is about 15 mins from airport, close to groceries, restaurants, and one of our favorite coffee spots. Bonus points for being less than a mile from a great walking / running / cycling trail! Community has a pool, but was too cold to use during our visit. Only two nits to pick: needs a deep cleaning and to have some of the details (grout, baseboards, etc) cleaned, and the address provided is for the townhome community which is only the start of finding this home. Otherwise a great place to stay for our active family.

Family visit and sight-seeing

The house was well kept, & had necessary supplies available. The owner was very helpful with quick responses to our questions. The location was great for our needs. The pool was close, convenient, & we were often the only ones there. Over all great stay.

Great Mesa property

I would rent again.

This rental worked great for our trip. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and my grandson swam every day. Minor issues were resolved immediately.
