The Space:
Enjoy the symphony of nature that surrounds you in this space. This peaceful, private setting encourages a slower pace and relaxation, yet is close to many of the Village amenities, including Lakes and Golf courses! With an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Large TV's and comfortable furniture, there is plenty of room to sit back and enjoy friends and family! Play some basketball on the level drive. Use the Gas Grill and unwind out on the back deck, which is surrounded by woods, and so serene. Whether you choose to get out and explore the Village or Hot Springs downtown area, this will be a peaceful place to retreat to at the end of the day!

**The Home offers Dish TV, and Hotspot for WiFi, however, it will have limited data on the hotspot.***

Guests are welcome to use the Garage.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
