✔ Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Second floor): Room 2 has two Queen Beds; Room 3 has a Queen bed and Twin Bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor.
✔ Bedrooms 4 & 5 (Walk-out Basement): Room 4 has a Queen Bed and Full Bed; Room 5 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. *Please Note* Rooms 4 and 5 are adjoining, and you need to walk through room 4 to get to room 5 (a nice option for families!). There is a full bathroom on this floor (basement).

Guests have access to the complete property and Big Boulder Lake (summer season- Memorial Day to Labor Day-for an additional small fee)

1. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property (please leave your furry friends at home). Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home may result in a $400 non-refundable fine. It may also result in the removal of guests from the home. Thank you for understanding.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are found, the guest will be charged with a $200 per day fee.

3. For your safety, we do have a security camera (exterior only-it is a ring camera at the front door- there are no cameras inside the home).
