You'll love my place because of the people that live around it, the nonstop Caribbean party scene & the Spanish colonial architecture that's palpable everywhere. It's an excellent spot for couples or solo adventurers willing to enjoy Old San Juan's vibrant spirit. My loft apartment is part of a remodeled 280-year-old historic building. The building has a shareable interior yard, ideal for enjoying wine and relaxation. You can also walk to De La Cruz St. and enjoy the stunning ocean views. You can open the doors and socialize with the neighbors or walk into all the culture and life that Old San Juan offers. Old San Juan always has great music and cultural activities.

The Old San Juan is a city constructed in the Spanish Colonial era. It is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with culture, history, and nightlife. Walking distance to restaurants, local restaurant (Deaverdura at Calle Sol and Cruz), great coffee places (El Cielito), and bars (La Factoria, Cafetin 1.0, and Taberna de Lupulo Brewery)
Old San Juan offers trolley service to tourists and has taxi and Uber service available anytime. From the airport, you can use Taxis or Uber; however, in the city, you can choose buses, trolleys, or Uber. If you want to leave Old San Juan, rent a car or Uber. The city offers some private parking areas near the apartment. Parking areas available are Bayaja, Doña Fela, and La Puntilla.
In addition to Old San Juan, you can Uber to El Yunque National Rainforest or visit Isla Verde Beach, one of the best beaches in the San Juan metropolitan area.
