Food not allowed in the rooms. Please place used towels in white basket in laundry room. Clean any pots and pans used. No noise between 11 PM to 6 AM.
Please do not enter the garage inside the house it is locked. Do not use the the jacuzzi. Do not park on the grass, please use the driveway.
It is not allowed to used the back room it is locked. The trash can is in the backyard and to use patio key in getting to it.

Lutz Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Lutz. Property was spacious and very clean. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, which were a short walk from the property. Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island beaches were beautiful and a nice place to visit. Grateful to Mary for sharing her property. We would go back.

Lovely Stay

Our stay was lovely. The house is very cute and the neighborhood was very nice. Communication with the Host was very easy and the community has plenty of options for eating out and shopping.

Nice property for family stay in Lutz, FL

A very nice home for a weekend family stay. Plenty of room for all with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Common area pool was very nice as well. Would recommend for groups that need the space Close to outlet mall and shopping.

Great Place for Family Busch Gardens Visit

Our family of 12, three generations, stayed here for a Busch Gardens weekend. The house had everything we need and was extremely clean. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for 12 adults but we brought an air mattress and had enough bedding to support it. Host was very informative and friendly. We would definitely book again!!!

Roomy

Great house to stay. The owners had the mantle decorated and a Christmas tree up. It made our stay feel like home. Plenty of space to be together or go to our separate rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house/community

Our stay was fantastic for kiddos’ hockey tournament! Super close to the rink and malls, the community pool was great and the owners were so communicative and helpful! Our flights were delayed and we were easily able to get an extra night. If we have another tournament again it will be the first place we look!!

Here for a memorial

House layout was perfect for our 3 adult kids/grandbaby and a spacious master suite for hubby & I. Very very clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Alerted owner to some maintenance issue (bunk bed…double over double!) was very wobbly & squeaky. She was very responsive to a few questions. Was just what we needed during a very painful time.

Long Weekend

Great place to stay while visiting family close by. Easy check in. Liked that there was no carpet on the floors. Beds were comfortable. Only thing it could have used was a bedside table with a lamp for night time reading. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Excellent house for Wesley Chapel tournaments

4 bed, 3 bath in central location for Wiregrass complex in Wesley Chapel, easy access to outlet mall and restaurants. Also easy drive to Tampa waterfront and Raymond James stadium. We did all those things and came back to a comfortable house that had all the little things to feel at home. Bonus for basketball folks - free outdoor court one block away from house with key access. Beats hotel rooms by far! Host was excellent with fast responses.
