Awesome Condo, so much space

Group of 4 girlfriends stayed at this condo in Sept 2024. We were attending a wine festival and only stayed a couple of nights but are already making plans to return for a week. The condo is so beautiful, it is a very large space. The deck overlooking the bay was one of the highlights of our vacation, we sat out in the evenings having wine and enjoying the sunset. The beds were all very comfortable. We didnt use the kitchen but it was well equiped for cooking needs. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Its walking distance of the board walk and restaurants. Once we parked the car we didnt have to use it. Its about a 20 minute walk from the condo to the inlet intersection on Rt. 50. We didnt use the pool as it was after labor day. The building itself was very clean. We also didnt use any of the beach equipment. We all had so much space and didnt feel crowded. Mornings and evenings sitting on the deck was the highlight. It was also great having a TV in each bedroom.

The condo was very clean and the view from the back porch was beautiful. Close to boardwalk and everything you would need. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was everything described and more! My husband and I, our two children, and my parents stayed here last week and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The condo was clean and spacious, and the sunset views off the huge balcony were breathtaking. I could happily have spent our entire vacation on that balcony! Communication was super easy as were check in and check out. We’ll be back next year for sure!

Ocean City Getaway

Great weekend getaway in Ocean City! Larry’s condo is right on the bay on the top floor with a beautiful balcony and unbelievable views of the bay and the mainland. The condo is clean with more than enough room to accommodate the 10 people in our party. there is a large kitchen with Appliances and kitchen where that you would need. Large living room with a big screen TV and a fireplace all bedrooms with a television inside to allow privacy for anyone in the party. Great artwork decorated the walls. Short walk to the Ocean City Boardwalk and everything that that has to offer. Overall, a great stay would definitely rent again.

Lovely bayside retreat

Penthouse unit, so the view of the bay is first rate. Spent a lot of time on the spacious deck. The unit is well firnished with lots of beds, the bathrooms are well maintained and the master has both tub amd shower. The kitchen is large enough to have two people working without running into each other. Bring your own linens and towels, but thats mostly normal. I did see something about renting linens but i didnt understand how. We live close enough that packing them wasn't a big deal. On 10th street so lots that is easy to get to. Plenty of beach, restaurants, and shops nearby. Easy parking as well, so no worries if you have to head out to something further. Very much enjoyed it. Only downside was the elevator was a bit slow and definitely kept the summer heat. The unit at 102 (4 levels below) was for sale and if i was in a better place, i woupd have made an offer.

This place is spacious and in a great location. Larry was great to work with. The only thing I would suggest is some kitchen towels and a keurig maker. Other than that it was perfect.

Excellent Ocean City condo

My family of 4 (myself, husband, two kids ages 21 and 18) stayed for a week. The location is excellent -- easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had 2 cars, and there are 2 parking passes. It's nice being on the water, and my fisherman son fished a ton. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony looking to the west over the bay is awesome, and we spent a lot of time out there. The A/C in the unit works really well.. A few notes --- 1. there is a locker by the elevator that comes with the unit and there is one kid's size bike, a bunch of chairs and a couple of umbrellas, as well as a boogie board and some sand toys. Additionally, if you walk right up to the beach there are kiosks all along that rent umbrellas and chairs by the day. We wound up bringing the chairs from the house and renting an umbrella for $20. 2. The condo has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen but grilling is not allowed, and the cooking items are a little basic. 3. In this area it is typical to have to rent towels and linens. Larry sent info on how to do this in the welcome email and it was easy and convenient. 4. Assateauge island is about 40 min. away - totally worth a day trip. In all it was a great time in a lovely spot!

Daughter Graduation Family Vacation

The condo was very nice. As described. Larry was in constant contact and made the process very easy. Condo is within walking distance to boardwalk and beach. My step-son is in a wheelchair so this condo was perfect and very roomy for him to maneuver around in the wheelchair.

My Birthday getaway

This place was amazing far more than I expected very neat and clean, very roomie me and my Family enjoyed our stay everyone had there own bed everyone was comfortable, it was very peaceful and so relaxing!!! We honestly tried to extend are stay but it was too late someone had already booked. Everything is right there easy access to the beach and boardwalk!! I celebrated my birthday at Seacrets restaurant which is literally 6 mins away by car, it was an awesome and much needed vacation, Mr. Larry was so nice and accessible and easy to reach, but everything was great so we did not have to contact him, the kitchen is well equipped for any meal you wish to prepare. I definitely look forward to renting this property again!! Thanks again for an awesome stay!!

Mother's Day Long Weekend

We were very pleasantly surprised by this rental. I personally loved the decor. Everything was clean and in working order. The place was spacious and provided easy access to the boardwalk.
