Houston VRBO

Area is a lil sketchy until you cross the tracks into downtown. Getting into building is a hassle the first time. Resident had to let us in. Once you have the key fob you're good though. Communication was really good and responsive within 5min.

Very Unprofessional, The code for the gate tht I was given to by host for sent work the house was infested with fly’s everywhere and the host didn’t answer when I call and didn’t call back till hours later worst experience I ever had using Vrbo

BEWARE ROACHES & GNATS!!

Unpleasant stay not clean and host unresponsive for entire trip. I WILL BE SURE NOT TO BOOK WITH TYLACO ENTERPRISES EVER AGAIN!

Less than ideal

We loved the location of this place, it was easily walkable distance to Minute Maid park which is why we were there. When we arrived everything was great but after the first night one of the bedrooms only had a top sheet for bedding and they froze that night and had to use towels for blankets and one little blanket that covers 1 person. When asking about it to the management company, their response was less than ideal, they said they knew about it and told us to turn the air up and to go buy a blanket if that would make us feel more comfortable! Their hospitality was not great. We have stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and never once were we expected to sleep with just a top sheet. Also if you knew of the problem, why wasn’t something done about it before the next guest arrives? The floor wasn’t the cleanest and the kitchen came with 0 dish towels to wash dishes, only towel was hanging on the stove.

Unit great - Property needs some work

The unit itself was as advertised. Very clean. Very nice. Worth staying in. Having said that, the building left a lot to be desired. Seemed like long term construction going on in the hallways and surrounding. Multiple exposed walls without drywall, etc. Gym and Pool were both chained shut and unusable, seemed like it was a long term situation. Getting into the property requires a fob on almost all doors, so getting to the property was somewhat difficult. Luckily there was somrone coming out of a door and was able to get in. Once you get in the first time then a fob was available at the unit. Location was great-we were in town for baseball games and was only a 10 minite walk to Minute Maid . Overall it was fine, but the building/property kind of soured the visit a little bit. Again, inside the apartment was great, but given the issues with the surrounding property I cant give it 5 stars.

Quick Houston Trip

This was a great value for our family of 4 versus staying in a crowded and more expensive hotel room. The property was clean,.comfortable, and had all of the basics. We didnt have a car, so it was a little tricky getting in for the first time because you have to enter through the gate and 3rd floor of the garage but once we were in, it was easy with the key fob to go in and out. There are a couple of restaurants close by that you can walk to as well. I did have a couple of questions while I was there and the response felt a little unpersonal (auto response) compared to other properties we stayed at but it was fine. Also, it is right next to the soccer stadium. One night we were able to watch the fire works after the game.

About our stay

Omg I love this place. Whenever I go back to Houston, I will definitely booked here again!! I don’t even know where to start! Everything was perfect! The apartment was so spacious and clean. We was located around everything! The host was very nice and respectful!! I give this a 10 out of 10!!! I definitely recommend this property for your stay in Houston!
