Shared parking & backyard with access to the water. Community dock is just a few driveways down. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck & watch a bald eagle soaring! The Eagles Nest is 30 min drive to Athens, (40) to Florence. Rogersville (15) min & offers restaurants, grocery & beverage stores.
