TRANSPORTATION
- A golf cart is provided (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate) The golf
cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer Lake State Park, or
The Big Chill. The communities of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest no longer allow
for golf carts in their communities. Please plan accordingly.
- Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you choose to rent some, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.
HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
- Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood
between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.
- Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures)
BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach service is provided by two local vendors; information provided upon booking

FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.
