The main floor is open concept with a wall of windows to enjoy the Lake view. Step out on the covered patio and enjoy some relaxation time. The lower floor is spacious and open with a small kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and access to directly to the lake. Washer and dryer on site. Come enjoy a welcome escape anytime of year!

Fall Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. It was very clean,large rooms, comfortable beds, and the owners were great to work with. We had two senior citizens, two adults and a 2 year old. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home

Family Gathering

A nice and quiet home with a lot of space and comfortable accommodations. The access to the lake was wonderful as we had family close that could boat over .The back porch area was great and enjoyed by adults as well as the children in our group . The communication with the hosts was great and any questions were answered quickly .A great place to stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Great, peaceful setting.

Absolutely loved this place. Comfortable home with plenty of room. We had such a great time enjoying the outside. So calm and serene. My elderly mother was loving the fishing. We will def go back! Thanks!

EIU Graduation weekend

House is beautiful!! Very clean and well stocked. The view from the backyard balcony is amazing!! My Mom and I sat out there for hours every morning drinking our coffee and taking it all in, even in the rain. Erin and Ryan were easy to contact and very accommodating!!! Highly recommend!!!

Lake Matoon House

The house is very accommodating & very clean. There were plug in air fresheners all over that were way too strong. The deck/patio was full of cobwebs & BBQ grill was extremely dirty. Other then that was a wonderful place to gather with my family

Beautiful location and lake, great space, needs TLC

We loved the space, location, lake and how responsive the owners were. The grill was unusable as there was no drip pan and this was something that I asked about before going. There were tons of cobwebs and bugs all over the outdoor chairs and outside of the house. There wasn't any hot tub or game room as the listing stated. The inside was clean but it would be nice if they could provide a broom or dustpan to clean up after ourselves when needed. We would stay here again we all had a great time!!
