Great family getaway close to everything

Clean and well-equipped. Appreciate extra blankets and throws. Lots of games. Great dog-friendly neighborhood that is very walkable. Close to everything we needed!

Comfortable stay

We (5 adults) shared this lodge for a week. Overall, we had a comfortable stay here. The interior is not new anymore, but for our purposes it was just fine.

Great Tahoe Vacation

This home was perfectly located for walks to the town. The cute coffee shop is only a couple of blocks away! Close to the lake and to the Truckee River. We loved the neighborhood and the coziness of the home. It was a perfect getaway for our family

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin near Granlibakken. The place was clean and spacious, parking was easy and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Location is fabulous. We would definitely book this place again.

Perfect For What We Needed

The wife wanted a location close to Granlibakken, yet more space than the rooms at the resort. The house allowed us to spread out and the kids enjoyed running up and down the stairs. Thank you again and we are already thinking of staying here again next season

Old-timey Tahoe cabin

Very comfortable, well equipped, quaint cabin. Impeccably clean, welcomes dogs. Some frustrating issues with the tv and internet, we did need to call property managers, who responded and remedied the problem in a timely fashion. Great neighborhood and location. Would go back.

Good 70s time capsule

Roomy cabin, good hot water, nice variety of games, puzzles and aven a piano. The kitchen oven is a push button likely from the 60s or earlier. It works.

Just what we needed

Great location. Close to town. Love location and closeness to Paige Meadows. Description should have mentioned k cups only for the coffee maker and that we needed to bring our own wood. Other than that it was a great deal and very comfortable. Would rent it again.

Family get together

Great location , close to Tahoe City and multiple slopes. My only criticism would be the fairly awful mattress in the down stairs bedroom . Bad enough we ended up sleeping on the pull out futon in the living room . That being said I would still rent again .

Serviceable

Well located for a ski wknd. Cozy place but for the cold upstairs bedrooms. Space heaters worked well enough and there was plenty of room for the family. Bring your own wood if you want a fire. Kitchen is nostalgic but functional. Fridge is pretty loud though… might be on its last legs. Bit pricy for what it is but you pay for a good location in ski season.

Original Tahoe Cabin

This house is located close to Tahoe City on the West Shore, so it is easy to get to the lake and the bike trails around the lake. The house has original appliances that still work, but the beds are extremely old and the three queen beds are very uncomfortable. The only beds that are somewhat comfortable are the four twin beds. The owner should replace these beds so guests can sleep well at night. There is also no outdoor furniture on the front and back decks and the barbeque is very small as well.
