This spacious riverfront property gives you a park view from the dining area and deck. Nature plus practicality and privacy on entire 1100 ft.² floor with private entrance and kitchen & bathroom to yourself ; no sharing. It’s a great space for people that like country living with city access; rustic walls meet modern remodeling. High ceilings and bamboo floors with retro kitchen counters. It’s a unique place on a quiet street.

A quick 20 minutes to anywhere in Syracuse area. Highway access close by; NYS thruway and 690 and 81, with NYS Fair access!
