Our visit
So let me start with what I liked-The property was clean and the home was neat and close to the water situated In a nice corner lot and a quiet neighborhood. What I didn't like- upon arrival there was a vehicle parked in the driveway and we had no idea who it belonged to. We weren't sure if we should enter the property or not.I had to contact property management and inquire. They told me it belonged to the owner. I thought that info would have been nice to know before hand that the owner plans and chose to leave his vehicle at the property during the whole visit. Also on the description and pictures of the property it states there is a hot tub. I was really looking forward to relaxing in that but it was too cold. Apparently you have to pay a extra fee to heat it which would be fine if that info was shared before hand. By the time we got clarity on that it was the second day of our 3 day trip and we were told it would take 24 to 36 hours to heat. We chose to save the money $125 and the waiting. The outdoor bar area was locked so we couldn't use but again the description leads you to believe it's part of the home experience. We also had to call and get the WiFi password as we were told it would be in a closet and that too was locked. I just wish there was better communication over all. Now I will say this when I did reach out to property management they seemed sincere in trying to make things right so I appreciate them and their effort.Also no shampoo or body soap in the shower
