Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Seawinds Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, club room with a kitchen, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space. There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed. The oceanfront pool is heated seasonally in the Winter for added comfort.
Directly across the street from Seawinds Condominiums is a Publix which is the perfect spot for groceries and beach necessities. In the same plaza as Publix is a Beall's outlet, Dollar Tree, a Chinese restaurant, Sunrise Grill and Pizza, and a 7-11. Also directly across the street is a Dunkin' Donuts. Within quick walking distance of the condo are restaurants such as Sunny Side Up, Absolutely CheeZee, The Dog Hut, Hanky Panky's Lounge, Beach Side Brew Pub, Stavro's, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
