About this property

Bellingham Treehouse w/ Waterfall, View, & Hot Tub

Our luxurious custom built treehouse includes a hot tub, a home movie theater, a large deck with a fire table, and breathtaking 360 views. It's the perfect location for a romantic getaway, vacation with loved ones, or ultimate productivity among the peace of the forest & waterfall.

Because of our unique location ALL guests must sign a waiver. No children or pets allowed.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire treehouse and deck.
We plan to give you space during your stay, and are available when needed.

Other things to note:
***Please read these key notes about staying in the treehouse before your arrival. Booking with us may not be for everyone.

Staying at Bellingham Treehouse is a unique experience. You are in a house in the trees (not on ground) and when there is a breeze, you may hear a noise like faint thumping. Please do not be alarmed. You are safe! This is a natural part of the treehouse experience. In order for the two large Douglas fir trees to move independently, the treehouse is engineered to slide between them. The treehouse is properly permitted and engineered.

We are a smoke free, pet free treehouse that uses hypoallergenic and eco friendly laundry detergent. If you have allergies or sensitivities to smells, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are located amongst the peace of the forest and waterfall, however, you can also hear highway noise from the deck and hot tub. Inside, with the windows closed, you can not hear any noise.

Bellingham Treehouse is located at the top of a steep hill. The hill is paved and we generally plow it in the chance of snow. This may not always be possible, however, in which case a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. There is also an option to park at the bottom of the hill and walk 5 minutes up the hill to the treehouse. We are also usually available to shuttle guests up/down if need be.

Due to our treehouse’s small footprint our queen sized bed is a pull out. It is a top rated brand and has no bars. Most people find it comfortable, however, if it is too hard for your liking, a mattress topper can be provided upon request.

Complimentary EV charging 10am to 5pm.
220 Volts, 12-35 miles per hour.

Gorgeous and serene

The view of the forest, valley, and waterfall was incredible. The hot tub was all ready for us when we got there, and soaking while listening to waterfall and forest sounds was serene. Actual treehouse was small, understandably, since you know, it's in a tree, but they make good use of the space and we didn't feel like we lacked anything.

Beautifully crafted Tree House, wonderful experience

We were blown away by how high Quality this treehouse was! From the soaps and cleaning products, treats, bedding, and Soundsystem/TV. Every area was thoughtful design and amenities. The view was beautiful and honestly did not mind the hwy noise, itblended in with the water fall. The hot tub was very relaxing.

REALLY enjoyed our time!

We loved this spot. The waterfall right outside of the treehouse was amazing. The hot tub was wonderful. The coffee was great. The interior was beautiful! The only complaint would be that I didn’t notice until after we had booked that the bed is a pull out couch. I would have hesitated before purchase had I known that. We slept alright, but the pull out couch was a little creaky when adjusting in the night. Even with that, we would TOTALLY consider staying here again. It was a relaxing spot to enjoy nature and each others company.

We love living in the woods in Bellingham and are excited to share our treehouse experience with others.

Why they chose this property

Brandon is an arborist and immediately spotted the two giant Doug Fir trees that support the treehouse upon first visiting our property. We enjoy being immersed in nature, while only a short drive into town.

What makes this property unique

Come experience staying in a treehouse set alongside a 100ft waterfall.
