Picture yourself on a large deck in a well appointed Lakehouse on a hilltop looking out over Beaver Lake in the Arkansas Ozarks. Your master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, large dresser and armoire. Your master bath offers a large shower, a Jacuzzi tub and twin sinks. The open floor plan living area has a large granite island for serving and seating. Your kitchen includes a Bosch refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a Forno gas range/hood, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and all you need to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.

Whether you prefer hot coffee at sunrise, or wine at sunset, your view is always changing and gorgeous! Enjoy the wildlife in the yard and the wild life in the Dickson Street Entertainment District. Talk by the fire on the deck or watch TV by the fire in the living room. War Eagle Park & Marina are across the street. Bring your boat, your jet skis and water toys. The fishing is good year round. The famous annual War Eagle Craft Fair is only a few miles away each October. Come see our fall foliage and stay for our way of life.
